The Rev. Ralph Strohm
Priest Associate for Pastoral Care
The Rev. Ralph W. Strohm began his ministry in January 2020 as a part-time Priest Associate, assisting full-time clergy during periods of transition to their next Rector. A native of Iowa, he served parishes in the dioceses of Rochester (N.Y.), Western New York, and West Virginia before semi-retiring to Florida.
Fr. Ralph received his Master of Divinity from Bexley Hall Seminary, an M.A. in Teaching from Northern Arizona University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa Law School.
Prior to ordination, Fr. Ralph taught at the secondary level in Iowa and in youth advocacy programs in Rochester. He has three children: Rebecca, Christopher, and Megan. Rebecca and Christopher live in the Pacific Northwest, and Megan lives in Hamburg, New York, with her husband, Andrew, and their children, Kayla (9 years old) and Maylee (6 years old).
In his spare time, Fr. Ralph is an avid history buff, a committed jogger, and a huge baseball fan.
