Susan Gomez
Rector's Executive Assistant and Parish Calendar Coordinator
Susan Gomez is the Executive Assistant to the Rector along with being the Parish Calendar Coordinator.
Her background started in banking in the United Kingdom, and after relocating to the United States, Susan became a foreign exchange trader in New York City. Susan’s claim to fame is having been quoted in the National Geographic magazine for an article about trading. Additionally Susan appeared in a 30-second video segment that was aired on CNN several times.
Before being employed at Redeemer, Susan passionately worked for Watercress Farms as technical and distribution manager, helping support the needs of the farm and its employees as they grew and exported greens to England.
Susan and her husband, Joe, a carpenter specializing in custom cabinetry, have two grown children, Jessica and Natalie, along with two four-legged little ones, Olga and Papillon.
Susan now spends her time giving back to the community whenever possible, both in her free time and through her work with the Rector and as a part of the Redeemer family.
