Mandy Latta
Director of Children's Formation
Mandy Latta has served as Redeemer’s Director of Children’s Formation since August 2024. She has a passion for forming children, building on Redeemer’s past successes, and launching exciting new ministries.
Mandy’s hometown is Americus, Georgia. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Southern University. Before moving to Sarasota, Mandy worked in sales for a large pharmaceutical company. She also worked as a professional organizer and move management specialist for Methodical Organizing and Moving.
Mandy and her husband, Matt, were married in 2004. They have two children, Sarah Shea and Asher. The Lattas moved to Sarasota in 2015 and started visiting Redeemer. After their first experience with Vacation Bible School, they decided make Redeemer their church home. Mandy and Matt chose Redeemer primarily because of the parish’s devotion to children’s ministry, and they also felt a strong connection with the liturgy and people.
She believes that one of the church’s greatest responsibilities is to raise up the next generation of Christ followers.
