Grier Ferguson
Director of Communications
Grier Ferguson joined the staff of Church of the Redeemer as the director of communications in April 2021. Previously, she was the Sarasota-Manatee editor and a reporter for the Business Observer newspaper. In that role, she reported, wrote, and edited articles about a wide range of entrepreneurs and businesspeople. Grier has also worked as a freelance writer and as an account executive for an advertising, marketing, and public relations agency. She has a degree in journalism from the University of Florida.
Grier is a member of the Junior League of Sarasota and serves on the board of the Literacy Council of Sarasota. She enjoys thrifting, reading, creative writing, watching television, and spending time with family and friends.
