Having Trouble When Watching Videos from Redeemer’s On-line Campus?

Having trouble with audio or visual when watching videos from Redeemer’s On-line Campus? Follow these troubleshooting steps:

No sound?
1. Make sure your volume is turned up on your device and that external speakers are turned on and turned up, if you have them. If you’re watching on the Facebook app, make sure the video is unmuted. Red=muted, green=unmuted
Still no sound or video?
2. Quit the Facebook or YouTube app on your device/TV and reopen.
Still no sound or video?
4. Try visiting another website or watching a different video on your device/TV to make sure that you have an active internet connection. If that doesn’t work, call your Internet Service Provider.
Still no sound or video?
3. Restart your device and try again.
Still no sound or video? Go back to step 1.
Word to the wise: you will have far more success watching via YouTube or on our website, rather than Facebook (when available.)
